Returns & Exchanges Information
- We want you to enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Please note: Our policy lasts between 24 hours to 72 hours. If the required timing has been exceeded since purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 72 hours from the delivery date if bought outside of Lagos
- Items bought from Lagos should be returned to justplanters.ng within 24 hours after purchase or place a call to our support lines for next business day claims (NBDC).
- Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rain-checks.
Note: It could take up to 2weeks before products are fixed and returned back to you.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item or a damaged item due to shipment, we will take care of return shipping and a replacement will be sent back to you at no additional charge.
Complete a Return or Exchange an Item
We require the invoice/receipt issued on purchase. Send the items in the original packaging. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Justplanters will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Refund Requests
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or get in touch with you via call or chat to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange Requests
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, once the returned item is received, a new order will be processed for your exchange and shipping details would be made available to you.
If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we won’t refund the difference if order has passed 2 days when it was placed on the website. We assume you placed the right order because we can’t deliver what you didn’t place an order for. All products are carefully updated with its specification and product description, so we urge you to read careful of what you want before you place the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
